Free Food

“I love you babe, but this tastes awful.”
Those were my husband's exact words the first time I cooked something our whole family could eat.  (Our challenge, food has to be gluten and dairy free).   And it really was awful. There is no reason people with allergies should be stuck eating food that tastes like wood. There’s no reason people without allergies should have to settle for processed, food-like substances instead of enjoying honest, healthy food. Please share your comments and recommendations.
