It's my favorite time of year...well not really. It is time to take the Christmas pictures, and mom thinks it is cute to dress me and the dog up and make us do silly things. Well, this year I was Santa Claus, and Maddie (my dog) was supposed to be my reindeer. Well, Maddie didn't like her costume, and I wanted to go play, so we were both giving mom and dad a hard time. Finally we agreed to sit for one minute for our picture to be taken, and wouldn't you know it, Maddie moved, I lost my balance and fell right off the sled...and you know what mom did...She kept taking my picture. Dad finally rescued me. I didn't know pictures could be so rough.

Happy Turkey Day everyone! I am thinking this holiday things is pretty neat. You get to eat all day!! It was awesome. Everyone gave me cookies and other sweat treats that mom never lets me have. Grandma Jodie let me help decorate the Christmas tree. I loved playing with the beads. They make so much noise when you shake them. Grandma Ray made some delicious turkey and mashed potatoes. I ate so much I could barely move. It was all soooo good.

Uncle Keegan took me to the Children's museum in Madison today with Grandma and mom. I think Uncle Keegan had about as much fun as I did. It was awesome. I played with a bunch of instruments, dug for dinosaur bones, brushed a cow, and a lot of other cool things. Uncle Keegan tried to help me ride the cow, but mom pointed out the sign that said, "please do not sit on the cow." I was a little disappointed, but we quickly found other things to keep our selves busy. Thanks Uncle Keegan...that was a great idea.

I had my first swim lesson today. There were only four kids in my class and we had so much fun. I learned how to pull myself out of the pool all by myself without even using a ladder! I loved jumping in. Daddy would catch me every time. The teacher tried to teach me how to kick my legs, but all I wanted to do wash splash with my arms.

I went to my first symphony concert today. They did a special performance just for kids like me. I was so excited I couldn't sit still, I bounced in grandma's lap the entire time. I loved the drums! The opera singers were a bit much though. I had to cover my ears. Mom says I have never liked opera.
